What is the Circle?
The Circle is Wildberry’s members-only community.
It’s how you access the farm’s harvests, the first light of new collections, and the stories we don’t share anywhere else.
Three tiers: Friends, Family, and Inner Circle are all woven with access, beauty, and ritual.

Why Seasonal Openings?
We open memberships only at the Solstices. It’s intentional, like planting seeds at the right time.
Enrollment is brief, spaces are limited, and once they’re filled, the Circle closes until the next season.

Next Opening: December 15–23, 2025
Before You Step Inside.
Q. WHEN CAN I JOIN?
A. We open with the seasons. Friends + Family open at Winter + Summer Solstice. Inner Circle opens once a year at Winter Solstice.
Q. HOW DO DISCOUNTS WORK?
A. You'll receive a discount code after joining. Valid on lifestyle items (candles, teas, salts/sugars, linens, match strikers). Excludes limited editions, workshops, produce/eggs, gift cards, shipping.
Q. IS STOCK GUARANTEED?
A. No. Membership grants access, not guaranteed product. Everything we offer is small-batch and seasonal, so quantities are always limited.
Q. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
A. Memberships are billed annually. Friends + Family may choose not to renew when their year ends, but we don't offer refunds or mid-year cancellations. Inner Circle is a sacred, year-long container and cannot be canceled mid-year.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
A. We will give you a short grace period to update your payment method. If it isn't updated, your memberships pauses and access will be removed until your payment is current.
Q. DO I HAVE TO LIVE NEARBY TO JOIN?
A. Not at all. While some perks (like eggs, produce, and in-person gatherings) are local, the storytelling, zines, and Inner Circle sessions can be enjoyed from anywhere.
Q. WHEN DO EVENTS OPEN TO MEMBERS?
A. Members always get early access to register for workshops + gatherings- typically 48 hours before the general public.
Q. IS THIS THERAPY OR FINANCIAL ADVICE?
A. No. This is educational, creative, and community-based support.

The Circle is small by design.
