Field Notes: When the Fields Bloomed

There’s something sacred about watching someone walk into a field with an empty jar and leave with it brimming with petals spilling, kids giggling, and pollinators humming in the background.
Last Sunday, we hosted our very first Field of Blooms: A Wildberry You-Pick Experience. We weren’t sure how it would go. Would people come? Would the flowers be ready? Would it feel how we hoped it would?
The answer was: yes.
Yes, to the joy. Yes, to the beauty. Yes, to the feeling of something slow and meaningful taking root.
Guests wandered the rows at their own pace, some in silence, some with stories and laughter echoing down the field. We saw first dates and little hands. We saw intention, wonder, and peace.
And this Sunday, we get to do it all over again.
Field of Blooms returns July 20, with ticketed time slots available throughout the morning. Come as you are, pick what calls to you, and let the land speak. The flowers are waiting. Field of Blooms runs the 1st + 3rd Sunday through September. See the full calendar of events here!
