The Renaissance fades. Golden afternoons shorten, shadows stretch, and the garden grows quieter by the day. Yet just as one season closes, another stirs awake. At dusk, the fields feel different. The air carries a little edge, a whisper of smoke and spice. Pumpkins ripen in their rows, crows lift from the trees, and the hush of autumn settles in.

The Renaissance fades, and a new season whispers in… one with shadows that stretch long across the fields and a chill that curls at the edges of the air.Here at Wildberry, we feel it too... the shift, the stirrings, the playful haunting that only autumn can bring. And so, just in time for October’s magic, we’re releasing a micro Halloween drop: Ghouls in the Garden.

There’s a certain kind of light that only shows up at the edges of seasons. Late August into September, the fields shift. The sun dips lower, the gold stretches longer, and everything feels like it’s holding its breath for what’s next. Wildberry is in that kind of season, too.

The word “renaissance” means rebirth, but it also means a revival of art, beauty, and soul. That’s what I want this fall to feel like. Not more hustle, but more heart.

As we count down to the launch of The Renaissance Collection on September 2nd, I wanted to give you a closer look at two of my personal Renaissance favorites from the Wildberry Farmhouse... the pieces I keep reaching for again and again as I move through my own late-summer rituals.

In a corner of the Wildberry farmhouse, jars of herbs line the shelves like tiny constellations. On the kitchen table (my “studio” by day and dinner table by night) rows of freshly poured candles rest in vintage vessels, their wicks standing tall and their fragrance drifting softly through the air. Outside, pokeberry clusters darken to rich purples, and walnuts drop to the ground, carrying the first hints of autumn.

here’s a kind of quiet magic in growing pumpkins. They don’t shout for attention the way sunflowers do. They don’t demand daily harvests like tomatoes or herbs. But they do ask for time. For patience. For protection. And for trust that what’s brewing beneath the soil will one day become something golden, round, and ripe with seasonal joy.

At Wildberry, summer always starts in the kitchen. The tomatoes ripen on the vine, the linen towels are hung in the breeze, and somewhere, someone’s peeling garlic with one hand and shooing a kid out of the kitchen with the other. Estate Siciliana is our love letter to that kind of season. A summer lived fully, sweetly, and with your hands in the garden soil or up to your elbows in flour.
